Robust frame with all-terrain wheels
The Mutsy Nio is build on lightweight but robust aluminium frame with telescopic push bar and large puncture-proof wheels made of special mix of foam and rubber. With extra tread and suspension the stroller can take you through any terrain. A roomy basket will help you to carry extra baggage.
Lightweight foldable carrycot
With the included fordable carrycot the Mutsy Nio stroller can be used immediately from birth. Thanks to its lightweight design it can be effortless attached onto your stroller's frame. Its spacious, soft lined bassinet with ventilation panels and large hood with sun visor provides ultimate comfort and protection for your baby.
Fully reclining seat unit
The Nio's seat unit offers versatile 4-tier backrest adjustment, accommodating various positions, including an ergonomic sleeping mode - the flattest recline option from Mutsy! The integrated sun canopy provides ultimate protection from weather elements including sun, rain and wind. There is also a with peek-a-boo window and mesh panel, which adds ventilation and allows you to keep an eye on your baby while strolling.
Quick and easy to fold
The Mutsy Nio frame effortlessly folds together with the seat unit, transforming into a compact trolley that can be effortlessly rolled behind you. After detaching the wheels it can be easily stored and transported in the car boot.

All Mutsy products come with a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. In the event of a production error, Mutsy will collaborate with the retailer to provide a solution, and repairs for such faults are covered by the warranty. It's important to note that the warranty does not apply to the exchange or return of Mutsy products.

We may use a third-party warehouse to fulfil some or all of your order. Our third-party service may opt to utilise another delivery carrier/service (at no cost) to ensure that your order is with you as soon as possible or as a result of carrier item size/weight restrictions. Should your order need to be despatched from multiple warehouses, we will endeavour to arrange that your items arrive with you on the same day. Please note: In this instance you will receive multiple tracking numbers.
We will keep you up to date of when your order is on its way and the carrier will send you a text/email on the day of delivery so you know when to expect your order.

DPD Predict Service
Never miss a parcel delivery – for orders sent via DPD you will be notified by text and email on the day of despatch and again on the day of delivery offering a one hour time-slot. If you’re unavailable during this time you have the option of re-arranging your delivery date, or for your delivery to be left with a neighbour.
Download the DPD Predict app and nominate a specific neighbour, your chosen safe place or collect the parcel from your local DPD pickup shop. Please note that a signature is required for all DPD deliveries.
Direct Deliveries from Supplier
Where a product states direct delivery, this will be fulfilled by the supplier directly from their warehouse. Each supplier has a different delivery service. Please contact our sales team on [email protected] for any queries regarding direct deliveries.
Provided lead times are best estimate at the time as provided by our suppliers and are measured against a standard working week and do not factor in national holidays.
Please note that we can only deliver furniture to mainland UK, excluding the Highlands of Scotland, Islands and Ireland. We are unable to accept orders for International delivery.
Panther
Some of out heavier/bulkier products are fulfilled through one of our Logistics partners - CuddleCo/Kiss Logistics via a Panther Carrier Service. You will receive delivery communication as “CuddleCo”, your information will only be used for the fulfilment of the order.

For delivery outside the UK, a number of our customers have used forward2me, the top-rated Parcel Forwarding Service. forward2me offers a choice of premium courier services including DHL, UPS, DPD, TNT & Whistl to forward parcels to over 200 countries at very competitive prices.

Posting and Packaging
Here at Winstanleys Pramworld we operate a recycling policy and frequently re-use original packaging to ship brands or products that are different to those that appear on the original box. If you receive a package that has a different brand or product on the box other than you are expecting, please open the box to determine if the product is incorrect. Additionally, we will occasionally pack smaller items in with larger items - please double check the contents of the box. Opening your order does not affect any returns.

What if one of the items in my order is out of stock?

If an item is marked as out of stock what does this mean?
When a product is marked as out of stock on our website, it means it is temporarily out of stock cannot be dispatched right away but is on order with our supplier. Upon receiving your order we will contact you within 24 hours to advise an estimated delivery date.
Can I change my designated delivery day?
Yes. If you wish to select an alternative delivery day please give our Sales Team a call before 4.00pm on the day your order was placed. Once our courier DPD has collected your parcel(s) from us you will receive an email and/or SMS text message containing a link to DPD's website that will direct you to the tracking information for your order, enabling you to check its progress, location or even change your delivery day.
