Glow Sleep Easy
Experience the ultimate in sleep enhancement with the Glow Sleep Easy. This intelligent sleep device combines a range of essential features to ensure you get that much-needed sleep. The slick Glow Sleep Easy works in conjunction with an app to tackle waking in the night, prevent early rising, and improve your sleep routine.
Simply pop your Glow Sleep Easy 1m or 3ft away from the edge of the bed at eye level, on a hard, flat surface, in a position where your child can easily see it whilst lying down. Ensure the Cool Mist is facing them and fill the Glow with cold tap water until it reaches the max line. Running the Glow for 20 minutes before your child is in the room and using the Wind Down and Overnight settings ensures the optimal experience.
Sleep Genie App
The Sleep Genie App can be downloaded easily from the Apple App Store or Google Play to utilise the remote-control functionality and access an array of special features. At the touch of a button, you can use the presets that cater for your child’s age and remotely control your Glow Sleep Easy. The app offers completely automated sleep routines that adapt not only to your child's growth, but also to your daily schedule. Additionally, it includes a comprehensive catalogue of sleep support material and information that is suitable for your family whenever you need it.

The dedicated Sleep Support Team ensures you can maximise the benefits of the Glow Sleep Easy. You can contact them by email or live chat for individualised assistance with sleep, gaining valuable tips and advice through one-on-one interactions that take into account your family dynamics and routines. Collaborating with acclaimed author and midwife Cath Curtain, Glow have crafted recommended sleep schedules for improved sleep.
Green to Rise
From 6 months old or when your little one can recognise different colours, the Green to Rise light can be introduced into the sleep routine to let them know it’s time to get up. Using the Glow app to switch the light from red to green turns off the Pink Noise and Humidifier, which are helping to keep your child asleep. At 18 months old, this light can educate remaining in bed when the light is red and only getting up when it changes to green.
Red for Sleep
When establishing a wholesome bedtime routine, families are advised to incorporate a minimum of 20 minutes especially for winding down before anticipating their young ones to drift into sleep. During this period, the Red LED Light Therapy is most effective in stimulating the brain to maximise the production of the sleep hormone natural melatonin.
Pink Noise

DPD Predict Service
Never miss a parcel delivery – for orders sent via DPD you will be notified by text and email on the day of despatch and again on the day of delivery offering a one hour time-slot. If you’re unavailable during this time you have the option of re-arranging your delivery date, or for your delivery to be left with a neighbour.
Download the DPD Predict app and nominate a specific neighbour, your chosen safe place or collect the parcel from your local DPD pickup shop. Please note that a signature is required for all DPD deliveries.
Direct Deliveries from Supplier
Where a product states direct delivery, this will be fulfilled by the supplier directly from their warehouse. Each supplier has a different delivery service. Please contact our sales team on [email protected] for any queries regarding direct deliveries.
Provided lead times are best estimate at the time as provided by our suppliers and are measured against a standard working week and do not factor in national holidays.
Please note that we can only deliver furniture to mainland UK, excluding the Highlands of Scotland, Islands and Ireland. We are unable to accept orders for International delivery.

Posting and Packaging
Here at Winstanleys Pramworld we operate a recycling policy and frequently re-use original packaging to ship brands or products that are different to those that appear on the original box. If you receive a package that has a different brand or product on the box other than you are expecting, please open the box to determine if the product is incorrect. Additionally, we will occasionally pack smaller items in with larger items - please double check the contents of the box. Opening your order does not affect any returns.

If an item is marked as out of stock what does this mean?
When a product is marked as out of stock on our website, it means it is temporarily out of stock cannot be dispatched right away but is on order with our supplier. Upon receiving your order we will contact you within 24 hours to advise an estimated delivery date.
Can I change my designated delivery day?
Yes. If you wish to select an alternative delivery day please give our Sales Team a call before 4.00pm on the day your order was placed. Once our courier DPD has collected your parcel(s) from us you will receive an email and/or SMS text message containing a link to DPD's website that will direct you to the tracking information for your order, enabling you to check its progress, location or even change your delivery day.
