The 4Moms MamaRoo 5.0 is an improved version of this excellent multi-motion baby swing designed to soothe your little one just like the parents used to do. This 5.0 version has been updated with Wi-FI smart home integration, that allows voice control using Amazon Alexa and Google Home*. The device can be also controlled with iOS or Android device connected via Bluetooth, allowing you to change direction and motion speed and volume of sounds.
The MamaRoo 5.0 features super stable base with elegant user interface and motion motor, that reflects the natural movements of real parents as they comforted their babies. The MamaRoo offers 5 different rocking motions including car ride, kangaroo, tree swing, rock-a-bye and wave. That allows your little one to be comforted and soothed more realistically than other rockers that simply vibrate or rock on one axis.
The MamaRoo 5.0 features super soft plush seat fabric to keep your little one even more comfortable and can be removed easily to be machine washed. DPD Predict Service
Never miss a parcel delivery – for orders sent via DPD you will be notified by text and email on the day of despatch and again on the day of delivery offering a one hour time-slot. If you’re unavailable during this time you have the option of re-arranging your delivery date, or for your delivery to be left with a neighbour.
Download the DPD Predict app and nominate a specific neighbour, your chosen safe place or collect the parcel from your local DPD pickup shop. Please note that a signature is required for all DPD deliveries.
Direct Deliveries from Supplier
Where a product states direct delivery, this will be fulfilled by the supplier directly from their warehouse. Each supplier has a different delivery service. Please contact our sales team on [email protected] for any queries regarding direct deliveries.
Provided lead times are best estimate at the time as provided by our suppliers and are measured against a standard working week and do not factor in national holidays.
Please note that we can only deliver furniture to mainland UK, excluding the Highlands of Scotland, Islands and Ireland. We are unable to accept orders for International delivery.

Some of out heavier/bulkier products are fulfilled through one of our Logistics partners - CuddleCo/Kiss Logistics via a Panther Carrier Service. You will receive delivery communication as “CuddleCo”, your information will only be used for the fulfilment of the order.

For delivery outside the UK, a number of our customers have used forward2me, the top-rated Parcel Forwarding Service. forward2me offers a choice of premium courier services including DHL, UPS, DPD, TNT & Whistl to forward parcels to over 200 countries at very competitive prices.

Posting and Packaging
Here at Winstanleys Pramworld we operate a recycling policy and frequently re-use original packaging to ship brands or products that are different to those that appear on the original box. If you receive a package that has a different brand or product on the box other than you are expecting, please open the box to determine if the product is incorrect. Additionally, we will occasionally pack smaller items in with larger items - please double check the contents of the box. Opening your order does not affect any returns.

What if one of the items in my order is out of stock?

If an item is marked as out of stock what does this mean?
When a product is marked as out of stock on our website, it means it is temporarily out of stock cannot be dispatched right away but is on order with our supplier. Upon receiving your order we will contact you within 24 hours to advise an estimated delivery date.
Can I change my designated delivery day?
Yes. If you wish to select an alternative delivery day please give our Sales Team a call before 4.00pm on the day your order was placed. Once our courier DPD has collected your parcel(s) from us you will receive an email and/or SMS text message containing a link to DPD's website that will direct you to the tracking information for your order, enabling you to check its progress, location or even change your delivery day.
